Purchase

Definitely Yes. All products within the same price can be interchanged. We understand everyone may have different preferences and please contact us at +65 8815 2355 or email us at hello@omno.store to arrange. You can also write down your preferred product combination in the Comments section just before Check-Out and we will make the necessary arrangement.

We accept exchanges if there is a change of mind or exchange for items that have the same retail price. Specific exchange arrangements with a top-up amount can be made if you want to exchange for items that are at a higher value. Please contact us directly and we will arrange it for you. When you return your purchase to us, please ensure the product is unopened. We apologize that once the product is opened, we are unable to accept the exchange of the opened product.

All orders are packed in an E-commerce box made with 100% post consumer waste corrugated paper.

At the moment, there is no complementary gift wrapping as this is to minimise paper waste. However, we do provide personalised messages on a gift card service if needed. Please contact us or leave your instruction in the comment space before your check out. We will be able to see your message and make arrangement accordingly.

Delivery

Please contact us before you make purchase via WhatsApp or phone call together with your shipping address and we will check with our driver to confirm whether we can fulfil your request.

We endeavour to deliver your products within 1 - 4 business days once we receive your online purchase. If you have not received your purchase yet, please contact us at (+65) 8815 2355 or email us at hello@omno.store, we will reply your email within 24 hours.

About the products

All our ingredients are plant-based, hence we recommend to enjoy our products within 6 months after opening.

We do not include invoice but a delivery order notice will be included so you can cross check your items when you receive them. You can reach out to hello@omno.store if you would not like to receive any paper, or let us know by leaving your message in the comment space provided just before the check out , we will be able to see it and make arrangement accordingly.

International shipping

Omno ships to Hong Kong and Malaysia in partnership with TNT and Ninja Van. Shipping fees and estimated time frame are shown on the check out page. Duties and taxes are included in the final price shown.

We are working on expanding our shipping network to reach even more countries.

Delivery time:  Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take 5 - 15 business days to deliver. Usually a tracking number will be given and you will be able to track your parcel.
