All our products are tested and developed with high humidity, heat, and tropical skin concerns in mind. This means are designed to be hydrating without feeling greasy, lightweight yet effective, and comfortable for daily use in warm, humid weather.

We intentionally create textures that absorb well, don’t leave a sticky finish, and perform reliably even on hot days — whether you’re dealing with frizz, sweat, scalp discomfort, or the heaviness that many products cause in this climate.

Omno is created for Singapore’s humidity and the Southeast Asian climate, where most clean beauty formulas from abroad feel too heavy, sticky, or greasy. Our products are lightweight, fast-absorbing and comfortable for daily use in tropical weather.

We use certified-clean ingredients (ECOcert, COSMOS, Nordic Swan) and avoid irritants such as parabens, silicones, sulfates, EDTA, and microplastics. Every formula is intentionally crafted. Not off-the-shelf bases. AND we keep close control over our supply chain for quality and transparency.

Sustainability is built into everything we do, from aluminium bottles to refill pouches and recycled packaging, reducing plastic waste wherever possible.

Yes — Omno’s hair care is designed to be gentle on the scalp, especially in Singapore’s humid climate where sweat, product buildup, age and hormones can make the scalp feel more reactive.

Our formulas use balanced pH and mild, plant-based surfactants to cleanse without stripping, helping reduce unnecessary stimulation on the scalp. We also include hydrolysed pea protein, a nutrient-rich ingredient that supports the scalp environment and nourishes hair follicles.

While everyone’s scalp behaves differently, many customers find that our gentle, well-balanced formulas help their scalp feel calmer and more comfortable. Omno follows a strict No List to keep our formulas clean, gentle and suitable for daily use in Singapore’s humid climate. We avoid ingredients that commonly irritate the skin or add unnecessary environmental impact, including:

  • Mineral oils & petroleum derivatives

Yes. To help reduce waste, we offer 1,000ml refills for selected products such as our Hand & Body Cleanser and Hair Cleaner.

On each product page, you’ll find the 1,000ml refill option right next to the 500ml tab.

For an even more fuss-free experience, you can also subscribe to your refills and enjoy regular, worry-free deliveries.

Omno Deodorant Spray

ECOCERT certified natural active ingredients effectively remove pesky odour-producing bacteria on your skin, leaving you smelling fresh and confident for up to 12 hours without harming your natural skin flora. Plus, with the added benefits of hyaluronic acid and ECOcert certified extracts, your skin will feel refreshed and nourished.

Deodorants come in 4 different variations with 1 being unscented. While the scent of the deodorants will subside between 30 min to a couple of hours, the deodorising effect will last for 12 hours if applies correctly.

Omno deodorant is a natural deodorant, not an antiperspirant. It helps control odour-causing bacteria without blocking sweat glands. Our formula is aluminium-free and uses ECOCERT-certified natural actives instead.

Keep those pits fresh and dry with this easy-to-use deodrant! First, make sure your skin is clean and dry. Then, spray the liquid directly onto those sweaty areas for a perfectly balanced scent.

While deodorant sprays effectively masks odor whenever you use it, applying it onto sweaty skin won't be quite as effective as using it on clean, dry underarms. Washing first will get rid of old sweat, while ensuring your skin is completely dry means you won't dilute your deodorant.

Our e-commerce packaging process is tailored to combine functionality and aesthetics, and made with 100% post-consumer waste paper ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition while also being suitable for gifting. We offer two sizes of e-commerce boxes, small and large, to accommodate various product sizes and quantities. Our skilled packing team carefully selects the most appropriate box size based on the dimensions and number of items you've ordered.

For travel size sets, we take an extra step in our packaging process. Each set is first securely placed in a corn starch zip-lock pouch, providing additional protection and sustainability. These pouches are then neatly arranged inside the chosen e-commerce box.

To further ensure the safety and cleanliness of your order during transit, each e-commerce box is placed inside a secondary protective box. This extra layer guards against any handling during delivery and keeps the e-commerce box in pristine condition, in case you wish to use it as a gift box.

Moreover, for those purchasing multiple items intended for different recipients, we offer an elegant solution. We also offer cotton pouches (SGD $1 each) which fit two bottles and are ideal for gifting.

In summary, our packaging is thoughtfully designed to be both protective and presentable, catering to your diverse needs, whether it's for personal use or gifting.

Our aluminium bottles are widely recyclable. Once empty, you can rinse them and place them in your regular metal recycling stream, according to your local guidelines.

Our e-commerce boxes are made from 100% post-consumer waste paper and can be recycled with paper/cardboard.

Corn-starch pouches are designed to be low-waste; where industrial composting isn’t available, please dispose of them with general waste.

We’re continually improving our packaging to balance durability, hygiene and sustainability in Singapore’s climate.

Orders, Exchanges & Refunds

At the moment, there is no complementary gift wrapping as this is to minimise paper waste. However, we do provide personalised messages on a gift card service if needed.

Please contact us or leave your instruction in the comment space before your check out. We will be able to see your message and make arrangement accordingly.

We accept exchanges if there is a change of mind or exchange for items that have the same retail price. Specific exchange arrangements with a top-up amount can be made if you want to exchange for items that are at a higher value. Please contact us directly and we will arrange it for you. When you return your purchase to us, please ensure the product is unopened. We apologize that once the product is opened, we are unable to accept the exchange of the opened product. We hope for your understanding that Prior appointment to be made before returning the item. If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll assist with a solution, which may include an exchange or replacement where possible.

Because courier handling is outside of our control, while we provide delivery convenience, we’re unable to offer refunds for damage caused during delivery.

Orders with incorrect addresses or incomplete information at checkout cannot be refunded.

Singapore / Malaysia Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within a standard window of 3 to 4 working days from the time of your purchase, excluding weekends & PH.

In the event that your delivery is unsuccessful, rest assured that our courier company will promptly reschedule a subsequent delivery attempt for you. This will typically occur within the next 2 to 3 working days. Our courier team is committed to ensuring that your package reaches you, and they will make every effort to facilitate a successful redelivery.

You may check your parcel via the tracking link provided via email confirmation.

Once your Online order is confirmed, our system will send you a confirmation via email with a tracking link within 1 working day. If in case your order comes in weekend or after office operation hours, a tracking link will be sent to you in the next working day.

We offer 24 hours delivery at an express fee of $30. Please contact us before you make purchase via WhatsApp or phone call together with your shipping address and we will check with our courier driver to confirm whether we can fulfil your request. Once we can confirm next day delivery is possible, kindly check the express delivery box and we will take care of the rest!

We are committed to delivering your products swiftly, typically within 3 to 4 business days from the time of your purchase, excluding weekends & PH. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation notification with a tracking link. You can track your parcel from the tracking link.

Currently, our courier service does not offer the option to select a specific delivery day or time. We aim to deliver all orders within a standard window of 3 to 4 working days. The reason for this is that courier company's drivers' routes vary daily, and unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain or traffic blockages can affect delivery schedules.

To facilitate a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask you to inform us if it's permissible for the driver to leave your parcel at your doorstep. Our drivers follow a strict protocol where they are not allowed to leave parcels unattended without explicit permission from the recipient.

We do not include invoice but a delivery order notice will be included so you can cross check your items when you receive them. You can reach out to hello@omno.store if you would not like to receive any paper, or let us know by leaving your message in the comment space provided just before the check out , we will be able to see it and make arrangement accordingly.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help.

Order cancellations depend on the status of your shipment:

1. Before your order is processed

If your order has not yet been processed or assigned a tracking link, we can cancel it with no shipping fee deducted.

2. After a tracking link has been issued

Once a tracking link is provided, it means your parcel has been processed and the $5 courier fee has already been applied. At this stage, cancellations are still possible, but a $5 deduction will apply.

3. After your order has been picked up or is out for delivery

When the parcel is already with the courier or out for delivery, we’re unable to cancel the order. You may return the item once it comes back to us.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must reach us within 7 days from the date of purchase.

4. Change of mind

We’re sorry. We’re unable to cancel orders due to change of mind. However, product exchanges are possible, so please contact us and we’ll guide you through the steps.

5. After 7 days

For products returned more than 7 days after delivery or purchase, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

If you need help or would like us to check your order status, just drop us a message — the sooner, the better.

International Shipping

Omno ships to Hong Kong and Malaysia in partnership with Fedex, TNT, Teleport and Ninja Van. Shipping fees, duties and taxes are included in the final price shown. Please contact use at hello@omno.store if your shipping country is outside of the above. We will be happy to customise your shipping needs.

We are working on expanding our shipping network to reach even more countries.

Delivery time:  Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take 5 - 15 business days to deliver. Usually a tracking number will be given and you will be able to track your parcel. 

Shipping policy

For orders to Hong Kong and Malaysia, shipping fees, duties and taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout. There are no additional fees on delivery.

For countries outside of these regions (if we arrange a custom shipment), local customs, duties or taxes may apply and we will provide shipping cost that covers both custom & duties. We’ll always advise you as clearly as we can before confirming a custom order.

Because international shipping and handling costs are much higher, we’re generally unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on international orders.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with photos of the items and packaging. We’ll review each case and do our best to find a fair solution.
