1. Return Policy

Change of Mind
If you change your mind, we’re unable to provide refunds. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges for unopened, unused items in original condition, if requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@omno.store. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:

  • You are responsible for any courier or return shipping charges incurred.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it. You may be eligible for a replacement or a refund only when cases cannot be resolved. 

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following types of items are non-returnable:

  • Custom products: Items that are made to order or personalized.
  • Opened personal care goods: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care products such as beauty or skincare items once they are opened.
  • Gift cards: These are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Sale items and gifts with purchase: Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer (e.g., gift with purchase) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or defective upon receipt.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have (once the return is accepted).
  2. Make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected. If approved:

  • You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund; this may take several business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees, $5, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item received).

7. International Returns

For international returns, the same policies apply. However, please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process will not be reimbursed.
