Nina I have used this bedtime mist for the past few months. Spray once on your pillow before you sleep (15-20cm away so that it spreads out evenly). The calming smell will make you feel calm and at peace. I sleep better and it doesn't stain inner covers of the pillow too!

LY Chong I have severe bruxism and it gives me migraine and sore jaws sometimes. Use this product to soothe my nerves and calm down anywhere (mostly at the desk). Its so compact and fits my purse. Scent brings me back to Thai massages...wish it was more lasting！
