Refund & exchange policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. For personal care products, we understand that you may need to use the product to discover a defect. In such cases, please provide a detailed explanation of the issue when requesting a return.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and address it accordingly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items) and opened personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) cannot be returned, unless found defective upon use. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Returns are not accepted for sale items, gifts with purchase, or gift cards.


We accept exchanges for products that are not in optimal condition, found defective upon use, or due to a change of mind.

To expedite the exchange process, return the item to our return address at 07-03, 28 Kallang Place, Singapore 339158. Once the return is accepted, we will proceed with the exchange. Please allow time for us to inspect the item you wish to exchange. Note that shipping is not included for product exchanges.


We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. We apologize for not being able to issue refunds for changes of mind. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that processing times for banks or credit card companies may vary.
